Dear colleagues,

The Russian Academy of Sciences, Lomonosov Moscow State University,
the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation will hold the Russian Scientific Economic Assembly "The Problems of Economy and Modernization of the Russian Economic Policy. Economical Doctrine of the Russian Federation" in Moscow, Russia, October, 2007.

For the last fifteen years Russia has been playing a role of a certain world polygon for economic experimenting that allows proving or rebutting the global economic theories.

At present the efficiency and trustworthiness of a neo-liberal economic theory and the principles of monetarism are being reviewed, and much more attention is paid to a balanced interaction of private enterprises (market regulations) and the management opportunities and responsibilities of the state. It is development of scientific outlook and recommendations output for the Russian government which our conference will be focused on.
